Excellent Insurance Broking Services Ltd.
(formerly Expert Healthcare Management Services Ltd.)
was established in August 1999 by our Chairman Sri V.
Sudhakar. He had the vision before the formation of Insurance
Regulatory and Development Authority that the concept of
Insurance Broking Services will be introduced in India, for
providing proper customer service and to develop insurance
business. As our Chairman had keen interest in the Insurance
Broking concept, he incorporated Insurance Broking Services as
one of the main objects of the Company in the Memorandum and
Articles of Association at the time of formation of the
Company.

was licensed to serve as Insurance Broker in January,
2003 in the first batch by IRDA and we are the fore runners.
We are based in Hyderabad with Branch in Bangalore and have future plans
to spread all over INDIA. We have a team of highly
qualified and experienced professionals from Insurance,
Engineering, Finance, Medicine, Legal and Investigation
fields.
